Shipping costs for prints and originals are free on all peninsular orders! :) International orders may incur shipping charges which will be duly notified before payment.
For the rest of the items (merchandising), the shipping prices can vary between 5-10€ depending on national or international deliveries. These amounts will be reported once the order has been placed.
But don't worry, you will be well-informed before making any payment!
Find the art piece you would like to buy. Once you have filled the form, I will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the product and the way to proceed the payment.

I need the following information when shopping with me: Name, address, telephone number and email address. I record and pass on the personal information necessary to deliver the product to you.
The personal information is registered with art.ginapont.com and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. I also collaborate with the delivery company that ships the items. The company treats information solely on my behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
You have the right to know what information we are processing about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, I am required to delete your personal data if you request it. It can be e.g. if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which I should use it. Buying a physical or digital artwork copy does not mean you can use it as you wish, as it does not make you the owner of copyright in the piece.
As copyright owner, I have the exclusive right to reproduce, sell and share the piece (even custom artworks) and I can bring proceedings for copyright infringement against anyone who reproduces it without my permission.
